Online Therapy
We offer therapy online to expats, professionals, and international students living in Amsterdam and across Europe. Online therapy makes mental health support accessible, allowing you to connect with a native English-speaking psychologist from wherever you are living in Europe. Sessions can take place a the space that suits you, at a time that works for you.

Fees
140€ for a 50-minute appointment with a Registered Psychologist.
Insurance
Insurance coverage can vary depending on your specific plan, country, and provider. Some insurance plans may offer partial or full coverage for therapy. For example, like many other psychologists working with expat’s in The Netherlands, we are not directly affiliated with Dutch health insurers. However, international insurers are more likely to provide partial or full reimbursement for psychology services. This depends on your insurer and policy. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm your coverage.

Complaints Procedure
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible care. We understand that sometimes your experience may not fully meet your expectations, or you may be dissatisfied with aspects of your treatment.
If you have a concern or complaint regarding your psychologist’s professional conduct, we kindly ask that you first discuss it directly with your psychologist. Often, issues can be resolved through open communication.
If you feel your concern has not been adequately addressed, you have the option to submit a formal complaint via email to admin@pleinpractice.com or alternatively, to the relevant professional associations: www.psynip.nl and/or www.lvvp.info.
We value your feedback and see it as an opportunity to learn and improve. While we cannot guarantee that everything will always go perfectly, we do promise to listen carefully to your experience and to take your concerns seriously. Your input helps us adapt our approach and enhance the care we provide.
