  • Personal Style & Approach

Life can be incredibly tough at times, causing distress and instability, and we can find ourselves engaging in unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving as a means of coping.

At times, this can stem from a specific life event or a series of stressors, while other times, the struggles we face today are deeply rooted in earlier life experiences that continue to shape our perception and experience of the present.

I will work with you to deeply understand the specific challenges you're facing and the underlying reasons for them, adapting my approach to your unique needs by shifting between roles of support, guidance, and, at times gentle directiveness.

True psychological change takes practice. Together, we’ll stay focused on what you want to achieve in therapy, while building your confidence and capacity to create lasting, meaningful change.

  • Personal Style & Approach

I am a registered psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Melbourne. My approach is non-pathologising, compassionate and inclusive, and grounded in my care and authentic interest in my client’s lives and wellbeing.

I integrates some of the most widely used and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks (e.g., CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR) to support clients who are navigating all types of challenges, including trauma-related distress, grief & loss, relational difficulties, depression, and anxiety.

Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in creative advertising and ran a business, and I understand the stress and pressures that everyday life can bring.

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
